Titan was the first to answer the phone. I still wanted to get prices from other companies so I spent two days shopping around. What I discovered is that nobody offering these services seems to operate like a legitimate company. I left a lot of voicemails and spoke to a few secretaries who said someone would call me back. I hard back from a few companies only to find out Titan’s prices are the same as the same even though their service is light years beyond them. I will always choose this company for any of my pest needs.

My detached garage had unfinished ventilation and I started noticing rodent droppings all over the floor. Titan solved my problem in one visit and the rodents can no longer get inside my garage.

I discovered Titan when I needed to hire a company to knock out an infestation. The office staff and the service technicians are awesome. I receive monthly pest control services from them and Miguel is my normal technician. Everyone who has been out was very friendly and showed good attention to detail. Couldn’t ask for a better group of professionals to service my property.

A raccoon ripped through one of my vents and was living under my house. Titan was there in no time to set a trap and the problem was solved overnight. I hired them to do the repairs so nothing else would get under my house. Beautiful work!

Titan Rodent Control is the only company I ever want to deal with. Every employee does their job so well that it makes me wonder where they find them. Maybe it’s due to good training and management? Whatever it is, they’re doing it right. Titan Rodent Control should be synonymous with Costco, Amazon, & Chick-fil-A; all top notch companies providing quality customer service.

I watched a rat run out of my avocado tree and into my crawlspace. One phone call to Titan and Daniel was at my door for an inspection. I saw Daniel a total of four times before we stopped catching rodents. I imagine more sever infestations could take longer. All I really know is that I’m happy the rodents are blocked from entering my house and I know who to call if there’s ever an issue again.

I just started using Titan for their rodent trapping and exclusion services. Today was their third visit but a group of my neighbors have received routine monthly checkups from Titan since I can remember. There’s a mountain behind our neighborhood so keeping our homes free of wildlife is something we have to deal with. I’m learning that it’s best to be proactive instead of reactive, and thankfully, Titan is there for both!
