Absolutely fantastic -- I will definitely hire them again, and I'm actively recommending them to my friends. They cleaned longer than we were expecting, and they managed to make our kitchen - which was already pretty good - spectacular!

WAY above expectations. 5 1/2 hours of exceptional work. I was worried they would run when they arrived, instead they showed up promptly on time, wearing mask and made this place look like a brand new apartment. It’s so clean I barely feel comfortable walking around in here lol.

The cleaning process was absolutely spectacular! I had to leave out of town early and they were communicative about the whole process when I wasn't there. They sent me detailed photos when it was done since I couldn't be there and they did an outstanding job. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and very polite. I'm so happy with the way it turned out, even the photos looked spotless and beautiful. I felt like I could easily trust them and I did! 10/10 would highly recommend.

I hired RioMaid to clean my brother-in-laws townhome. He has been disabled for several years and his caregivers cared for him but not his home. Now I had to get it ready to sell. I called RioMaid and Czar and his crew came and gave new life to the home. They were amazing and efficient. Most cleaning crews don't deep clean like RioMaid. They removed years of dust and grime and did everything that I asked of them. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend them!!! I am a Realtor and feel as though I have found a jewel.

I have lived in a one bed/bath apartment for 3 years. At first I was able to clean but with some personal challenges I was unable to continue. RioMaids were extremely nice, listened to what I wanted, very professional and communicated well. This was the first I’ve ever hired a cleaning service and was more than satisfied. Finally, I have found the service for which I have been searching for two years! I am, admittedly, a fussy housekeeper, who now that I am settling into retirement, needed to be able to turn over the lion’s share of the care to an experienced, skilled and responsible group. The RioMaid team, headed by Czar, is just large enough to insure superior, consistent service, yet small enough to be able to customize that service to our particular needs. Ours is a 108-year-old Craftsman with lots of fine wood and furnishings, requiring gentle care—a fundamentally important understanding that Czar didn’t need me to articulate. At our first meeting, he carefully surveyed our home, discussed my requirements and worked out the details for ongoing service. When he returned for the first appointment with two other team members, Priscilla and Veronica—two delightful young women, as pleasant as they are efficient—they were ready. He had promised me that, though I am always welcome to provide input, I wouldn’t need to nervously hover or micromanage, as I have had to do with other services. And he was right! A good book, a cup of tea—and I’m set, as the team works it’s magic. Long story, short—our home continues to sparkle in RioMaid’s care. Choosing this team is one of the very best home maintenance decisions we have ever made!

No one else Would clean like them. Three people for 6 plus hours in a 2bed 2 bath. If you want anal type cleaning this is your company.

Cesar was wonderful. Him and his crew did the job that was paid for and more. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were totally satisfied. Courteous, professional, patient, and just a great guy. Prompt, as well. He and his crew finished the job much quicker than I expected. We hired Czar and his team to do an initial cleaning of our home. He was right on time and the team was very professional. He did a great job following up on the details and ensuring the quality of their work was outstanding. We are very picky when it comes to cleaning standards and Czar lived up to our expectations. We will be hiring him moving forward to do regular cleaning services.

We recently needed a thorough house cleaning. After perusing Angie’s List we decided to contact Rio Maid. Czar DeOliveira, the General Manager, advised that the service we were requesting for general household cleaning, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming would be $189 for the visit. It sounded great, and long story short, it was great. They did the cleaning and mopping and dusting and vacuuming, but they did so much more than that. Their attention to every detail was unexpected. It was a very nice surprise. Czar himself arrived with another two, and together they went over our whole house and cleaned it to our great satisfaction. Rio.com is the best company I ever hired. Caesars staff is professional, punctual, experienced in everything. I am still finding places they cleaned. If your looking for clean Caesar and his staff will do it.

Rio maid is exceptional! I work for a multi-family renovation and management company so we use their services regularly. Any time someone moves out, we have a completed apartment renovation, and even for bi-weekly apartment complex cleaning- we call Rio maid. They have great prices, do great work, and always are able to fit us in their schedule - even though we are usually requesting last minute services. Will continue hiring them!!

Went great - they did a very thorough cleaning that even my wife approved of! Our only concern is a language barrier as the cleaners only spoke Portuguese, however the manager made sure they understood all requests and instructions and they did a great job.
