They arrived on time, provided quote. Once quote was approved, they returned promptly to complete the job. They took my tub spout to the refinisher and brought it back for installation. They ordered the customer color toilet seat package and brought it back to me to select color. They returned to install when the toilet seat arrived. I am happy with all the repair work they did. I never needed to call them back to make any corrections. The job is done right the first time.

He always does an excellent job and he is a very nice guy.  It was a little more money than what I thought.

Jeff was available the same day and was on time. Super sweet man. He unclogged the drain (pretty easy) and gave my husband a tool he could use to do it himself if it happened again. He was very thorough in checking the leak, found none, but did think that the ceiling had been hastily done (hence the sagging) and gave us tips on how to fix it ourselves and a referral in case we wanted to leave it to the professionals. He was also open to my too many questions that I asked him. I appreciated that. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used Jeff before. He is very knowledgeable and goes to classes to keep himself up to date. He has an assistant with him now. Jeff really loves plumbing, but he is busy!
