Small Bin

This is the third time I have used this service. Each time Tony drops off and picks promptly. Products work fine and the price is fair. Would use him again without hesitation.

Tony delivered the bin promptly when I needed it, there was a delay in pick up but that could not be helped as their truck experienced a major transmission issue, it was fine with me since I did not need to use the driveway at that time.

I just moved into my house and for some reason the previous owners had a jungle growing in the backyard.  I was quickly overwhelmed with all the plants and trees that made the yard look so sloppy.  A normal size trash can would not do the job, so I called small bins.  Tony (the owner), answered the phone right away and began asking me questions to service my needs.  I ended up going with a medium size dumpster, which is a tad bit larger than the one's outside of an apartment building.  Tony was extremely polite and within the hour, the trash bin was delivered right to my residence.  His service and professionalism was great.  
After the dumpster was all filled up, I called Tony and he picked it up the next day.  I enjoyed his hard work so much, I rented another dumpster a few days later.  I was still at work when Tony dropped the dumpster off, he just left it there for me and said I could pay him another day.  This company gives the customer what they want, I will definitely use their services again.

Small Bins is an excellent service. All of their personnel had excellent attitudes, were very prompt.  Waited for us when we were late.  Had a good price for removal of a large amount of trash.  Their product was perfect for cleaning out an entire house.  I am extremely pleased with Small Bins price and service and highly recommend them.  

We wanted to start cleaning out our attic before we put our house on the market. We didn't really need a crew -- we could do the culling of junk ourselves. What we needed was simple, but remarkably difficult to find, just someone to drop off a dumpster. Not a huge construction dumpster, just a small one. Small Bins name is perfect. That's what they did. Dropped off the bin and we spend the next two days filling it up. They came for it exactly when they said they would.

However, the bin was not thoroughly cleaned. There were some debris from previous use but tolerable.
I will use this bin service again.

I called Small Bin because I needed a to rent a bin to get rid of a lot stuff I didn't want.  They were able to come and drop off a bin the same day I called them.  They were fast and really nice.  Once I filled the bin up I called them and they arranged a pickup time.  They gave me exactly what I wanted a great price.

Small Bins did a great job.  Very fast deliveries and prompt pick ups.

It was very quick and easy.  They don't want toxic waste like motor oil, but they did take some old cans of paint. The 4-yard Bin size was perfect for our needs, but if you have any larger items like old screen doors, those will not fit in that size bin, they're too long (the top of the Bin, the lid, must close when they pick it up...)   When you call them, they come by very fast - within a day & drop off the empty bin.  It took us about a week to fill it up.  There was no pressure from them to finish quickly.  We just called them when it was full, they came by to pick up the full bin within a day or two, haul it away.  The only possible problem would be some drops of motor oil left on our brick cobblestone driveway, where the bin was placed by the truck.  That could have been from a plumber's truck that same week, though.  Anyway, if you don't want that happening, the bin should probably be set out on the street, not in your driveway.  No worries tho', we definitely love their service and would use them again for trash and other items like broken lawn furniture, etc.  They have a great service -- and much less complicated than calling the City for a bulk item pickup.  Well worth the money spent!

Small Bin Saves the Day!
Picture it?an idyllic sunny Southern California morning. I?m ready to start my big garage cleaning project I?ve been putting off for a couple weeks...er...years. Only trouble is the company I originally contacted for dumpster rental service did not show up as promised. Or the following day. Or the day after that.
 So what?s an intrepid garage cleaner to do? Well, I called Small Bin on the off chance that they could deliver a dumpster on the same day. Did I mention that it was also a Sunday? I called Small Bin. They had a dumpster to my house in less than two hours! They were professional and courteous. Oh, and they also charge less than that other dumpster service company that never showed up.
 Guess which company I would call again if I need another dumpster? Seriously, if you need a dumpster, Small Bin should be your go-to guys.

I was very pleased with them. I think that their pricing is very reasonable. Both times I have used them, they have showed up when they say will and early. They are also timely, polite, and informative. If I ever have a lot of garbage again, then I would use them.

Perfection.  Nice and tidy.  Very responsive.  Good price.   If you need to do that Spring cleanup, or are finishing up a construction project, this is the way to go.

Was able to reach by phone 7 days/week with calls returned promptly.  Bin delivered according to scheduled time.  Pickup was  delayed a day couple of times.  Used them 3 different weekends.

Very happy with his service.  I compared his price with other companies and they were all virtually the same price for the same size bin.  Tony was able to meet our time line.

When I called to place the order Tony, their representative, explained the various sizes and prices.  This helped me decided what size I needed. He explained that I would be when the bin was delivered and at that time pay the $330 fee.  He told me that I would not have to be present when the bin was removed,  Tony said that the rental was for six days but I could call sooner if I was through with the bin.  The bin was delivered Friday afternoon as arranged. When Tony delivered the bin he had the paperwork ready for me to sign and gave me a receipt for the payment.  He also showed me how to open the back gate of the bin.   I called Sunday afternoon and Tony removed the filled bin before 11 am Monday morning.  I would be pleased to use this company again.

The bin was dropped off very quickly.  The price was reasonable.  The only issue that came up was that I didn't understand it was COD.  I would definitely use them again.

Great, responsive, inexpensive, polite service.

Be very cautious with this company. Things started out great, timely delivery, decent price. As soon as I called to have the bin picked up is when things soured. I asked them to pick the bin up the following day in the morning. A couple of hours later, the guy shows up to pick up the bin that same day. Problem was we weren't finished loading it up. I was very clear when I wanted it picked up. On a remodel, timing is everything. We had additional items that needed to be loaded before the supposed pick up time. Apparently the person I spoke to was the same person in the truck. He claimed I told him to come get it ASAP. This was of course not the case at all. I reminded him of the original plan, the following day pick up in the morning. The following day, time is wasting away and no pick up. I call to ask them when they'd be coming, same guy again. He tells me 3 in the afternoon. I told him this wouldn't do as I had a delivery of dirt coming later in the afternoon, to be placed right where the bin was. I get a story about not being the only customer and how there's a schedule of pickups. Needless to say, there is no schedule, they come and pick things up when it suits them. I think the main problem here is it's just one guy with a cell phone and a truck. There's no formal business number or a person who schedules deliveries and pick ups. If timing is important to your job, this isn't the company to get a bin from.

I called and they dropped it off a day later, they quoted me $400 over the phone and gave me a $20 discount for paying in cash. It's a good price. We used another company before I checked with angieslist and wasted an extra $120.

Start here! I called them and mentioned that I found them on Angies List. I also mentioned that other members had asked for a $10 discount for cash. The operator honored the discount and the bin was delivered the next morning as promised. I callled them 6 days later to pick up the full bin and I have no doubt that they will PU on time.
