I couldn't ask for better. They helped me understand the trade-offs of different approaches and the cost impact of making certain decisions, like how big to make the image on the front and back of my garments, how many colors and what colors to use for inks and fabrics that go well together, and the placement of the images. They really know their stuff, and they saved me money by giving me good advice. I had heard about them from a familly member, called and talked to Barbara there. Told her what I was planning. She immediately asked me how fast we needed our items so that we could plan correctly. Within 1 day of contact, getting all the styles, sizes and colors sorted out, I placed my order, provided my artwork, and I think it was only 4-5 days later and we had our items. They were PERFECT.
Barbara was able to give me advice on other styles to choose for the garments that could save us money if we did more in the future (which we will!), and the price will be lower next time because we only had to pay a one-time setup charge for our artwork.
They called us a day earlier than originally planned for pickup to let us know that the garments were ready. I thought that was a nice touch. Most businesses would just wait for you to show up or call...but they knew we were anxious and excited, and it allowed us more flexibility to plan to go to their shop to pick them up.
