They are a clinic with a few branches so you can pick the one close to your home. They are convenient and they have labs on site.

We have used them for years and always like the doctors. The offices are very convenient - the lab is even downstairs and you can get your lab work done at the same time.

They have always been very good. I see a regular doctor, psychiatrist and fixed my broken are. My mother is a patient of theirs. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment.

Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) is a medical group offering a variety of services at multiple locations in the Bay Area of CA. When we were new to the area, I needed a place to go for an annual exam. I found them on Angie's List. Due to a cancellation, I got an appointment promptly. The office was easy to find, wait time average (15 min.), and the staff was good. The Doctor was great, too. She spent time answering my questions. I left feeling like I received good care. There were no billing problems. I would use PAMF again, for any type of care. They have most specialties available. Also - I got my test results back in less than 48 hours, which I thought was great.

I think they are pretty good, a little too crowded but they are good. The environment is good, and clean, and the staff is nice.

the physicians I currently have are all first rate. The waits can be above average as they are scheduled tight but try to give the patient as much time as possible.

My husband had surgery for a tumor on his back in November. This was a follow up appointment. It went wonderful. Dr. Stephen Ryu felt the urgency and scheduled us right away. He explained things very clearly.

I like going there because everyone is nice and friendly. I do not have to wait long. It is a big doctor's office; it is part of the hospital. If you call the main number, it is almost impossible to get through to make an appointment. I found another number and I was able to get right through and make an appointment.

The drop-in part has great hours and is usually staffed really well. They have always just given me very high quality care for serious and for minor things. They are very good at diagnosing. I have used them for years and I've been very happy with everything. I don't think you can find higher quality care anywhere.

I have suffered from non-melanoma skin cancers: basal cell and squamous cell carcanomas. My dermatologist is Dr. Herron. I have been seeing him for over 5 years. He listens to my concerns and explains what he sees and what my options are. He has removed some basal cell and squamous utilizing a burning technique. At one appointment I had a basal cell on my face and we discussed it's removal. It needed to be cut out and he had me consult with a plastic surgeon to determine if I required a plastic surgeon. I did not as it was a very small growth. Dr. Herron removed it and it turned out fine. A sloght scar which disappeared with time.
He is timely with appointments, but allows you your time when in the office. I see him every six months to monitor my skin, thus catching things early. Most members of my family have these types of skin cancer so he is definitely a part of my medical team.
The office is located in a very attractive facillity with lots of windows and simple and clean furnishings. Very pleasant. Staff at the front desk are pleasant and easy to deal with. The nursing staff are always pleasant.
I use the clinic as an HMO, although I have Blue Shield with HMO and POS as an alternative. My care with Dr. Herron is included with the HMO part of my plan.

The doctor and all staff members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only downside was that they ran pretty late.

I have been going there for 20 years so that stands for a lot. I live in Morgan Hill and drive all the way to Palo Alto to go to my doctors. Had I not been happy I would have moved.

You just keep going to somebody who makes great works. I have been going back to them comfortably because they're really good. I just can't find any other better than them.

I was really nervous because it was a scary procedure that starts at the main vain in your leg and travels all the way to the heart. He was very informative and gave me the pros and cons of the surgery. I had the procedure at Stanford Hospital. His office worked with me the entire way. His assistant called to make sure I was OK, comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I was completely comfortable and everyone involved was perfect. No pun intended, but I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
