We were very satisfied with the whole experience and would use them again.

The inspector seemed very knowledgeable and complete. The exterminators were very free in discussing the treatment they were performing and were amenable to checking and treating the areas and adjacent spots as well as cleaning and refinishing the treated area. The guarantee is for a period of one year, during which time they will return and retreat any areas that show evidence of re-infestation. Franz's estimate for the work was the lowest of four that I received and I am happy with the result.

Excellent. They prepped the exterior of the house (turning up weed fabric) so that seal works well. Afterward they came back to undo their prep. Found some medicines I forgot to vacate; they put it in a plastic bag on the kitchen counter.

I wasn't around for the work or for the estimate, but apparently they were at the house for a couple of hours injecting the treatment. I was rather surprised, that they came out to give us an estimate. When I found out they charged $95 for the estimate, I called back to cancel our appointment, but I guess the secretary didn't pass along the message. Anyhow, we went with them based on recommendations and the fact that we only wanted a local treatment and the house was only opened up for a few days and we needed to get someone out there quickly.

They came and did honest estimate and did a quality job. Didn't end up using their fumigation as it was a bit high.

Workers professional, flexible and helpful. Cleaned up well, were fast. Very pleased.

I found out about this company from my neighbor's daughter. I have used this company just once. The work was done last year. They were able to get rid of all the termites. I was happy with the results this company did. I would recommend this company to others.

I had a very good experience with this company. They did not leave a mess behind them, and have nice employees working for them. They came out, and got rid of all my termites. They did a very good job that another company was unable to do. This company charged less then other company, and did a lot better job.

THE INSPECTOR WAS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HE WAS PATIENT ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE FOUND. HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO THE LAYMAN THE PROS AND CONS OF VARIOUS TREATMENT OPTIONS. HE SPENT ABOUT TWO HOURS ON THE JOB. WE EVEN REQUESTED HIM TO TAKE OFF HIS SHOES WHEN HE CAME INSIDE THE HOUSE. HE SEEMS TO BE QUITE PROFESSIONAL.

THE GUY MADE A GREAT EFFORT TO EXAMINE EVEN THE MOST DIFFICULT SPOTS UNDER MY HOUSE. HE HELPED ME TO IDENTIFY WHAT EXACTLY NEEDED TO BE DONE - EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW I WAS GOING TO USE MY CONTRACTOR TO DO THE WORK. HE HAD HIS SUPERVISOR CALL ME TO GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH IT AS WELL.
