the office people were fine but i did not like the prices on the tires went to other places to find cheaper prices on tires.

Brakes were installed on our truck. Quick and easy and not expensive with a 30.00 mail in rebate form.

This was corrected mostly by a manager who realized the error the associate made. However the cost was still a bit high. overall I have been satisfied with most of pepboys service.
