We are very unhappy with Jesse's service and work. There is not enough space to write all the details, but we paid him well in advance, and he was not paying his workers. People were showing up knocking on our door asking for payment. He did not install the equipment and system specified in the specs of our contract and to this day our heater is having issues and not heating . He would go MIA and then come back and say there were family emergencies.. We got that excuse about 5 times.... Our pool was contracted on 7/2024 and he did not finish until 10/2025.... and that is because I had to push every step of the way... My heater is still not working properly, he quoted a 3400 automated system and gave us a 1000$ system.. He is unresponsive, and takes more work than he can handle. I did not want to leave this review, but at this point , I am over the top with this contractor. I will be filing a complaint against his License as well. This is not the proper way to conduct a business!
