I called Will's Fix All on May 23, 2014 to book an appointment to do
three repairs. His recording said he would return any messages
when he returns for the day. So far no return call. It's been eleven days. Still waiting.

After he took measurements and photographs of our food center which included a new gas BBQ and under the counter refrigerator, Will told me he would write and estimate of cost to do tiling, wiring and some painting. He took our e-mail address and said the estimate would be sent via e-mail in about a week. After about 10 days of waiting for the estimate and not hearing from Will, I called his business. He was not in so I left a message asking him to call me so we could discuss the work he was going to do and the cost of his work. Will did not return my call. Several days later I again called Will and again left a message on his machine. He never called me back. I called Will two more times with the same non-contact results.
The man should not be a referral on Angie's List.

He has done a lot of work for us and always done a very good job. He is also extremely punctual. I would recommend him to anybody.

Will is very professional and very very good. I contacted his scheduling office about an estimate and received a callback within 24 hours. We recently replaced all our windows and doors with new-construction vinyl ones -- which meant breaking out the stucco. I hired Will to repair and finish the stucco around the new windows/doors. He and his team completed the job within the planned schedule and the work looks as if nothing ever happened. I've had stucco work done before and always found chips and debris in adjacent shrubs and flower beds. Not so with these guys. Very very good job. We liked his work so well that we had him come back to tape, mud, and texture new drywall that we installed as we remodeled our liviing/dining rooms. Again he did the work in a professional and timely manner. And the guys cleaned up as if they were never there. His services are a little more pricey than others but the quality is there. And I would hire him again.

I have used Will for a couple of years now.. When I actually get in touch with him .. he is very good.. but there is a big scheduling problem with this guy.. very tough to get estimates and he is VERY expensive. I have decided not to use him anymore

He never bothered to even return my calls, provide any estimate in writing or even have the professional courtesy to inform me that he couldn't or didn't want to do the job. I delayed my job to wait to see his bid. What a waste of time, and it's a very time sensitive job and he knew that.

They arrived on time and worked all day. They will finish the job tomorrow but no reason to think it won't go as well as today. Outstanding workers, clean, neat and respectful.

The overall experience was great from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and nice people to deal with. This was my second job assigned to Will's Fix-All and it won't be my last. I trust them to do a great job each and every time.

Apparently he was not interested in this job which he could have told me at the start instead of wasting my time and causing me to use the use of that bathroom for several weeks.

I read his unbelievably great reviews on Angie's list. I loved that he did almost everything- no need to call 10 experts if you can call one, right?
I called, the voice messaging said he would return my call by 10am the next day (that's great I thought!)....and yet I never got a call back.
End of story :(

waste of my time

Will's Handyman Service received solid reviews and so I contacted Will for an estimate on a few handyman chores-- installing outdoor sunshades and power washing the front/back concrete areas. In addition, I requested a quote on repairing the cement step (piece of concrete broke off) next to the pool. Will arrived on time for the estimate and told me he would send me an estimate via email shortly. A week later I contacted his office and his receptionist told me Will had been very busy, but I should expect an estimate soon. Another two weeks went by and I contacted his receptionist again. Told her if Will is too busy or the job is not big enough for me, I understand and just to let me know so I can find someone else. She assured me neither are true and I absolutely will get a phone call from Will shortly. It has been over a month and still no call or explanation.......poor customer service.
