Description of Work: WE HAD TERRIFIC SERVICE TODAY! SOS PLUMBING CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK! REPAIRED THE BATH TUB DRAIN AND CLEANED THE DRAIN, REPAIRED ANOTHE BATHROOM SINK. THEY ALSO HAD REASONABLE RATES. WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL KEN AND CHRIS AGAIN. THIS WAS THE BEST COMPANY IN PALM SPRINGS. THANKS, THE DICKENSONS

Description of Work: He spent nearly 1 hour attempting to clear my kitchen sink drain but found he it needed equipment he didn't have. He did not charge me anything. I believe he is a well qualified plumber and certainly an honest one.

I would call SOS again.
Description of Work: They came in and replaced stem valves on both of our toilets, replaced defective and worn equipment and got us up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: We got new granite in our bathrooms, and each vanity had 2 sinks that needed faucets installed. Chris at SOS, was able to come out and complete the job quickly, and the work performed was perfect...true professional- highly recommended. Thanks!

Have had no work done.
Description of Work: I had emailed this company on the basis of A+ ratings. I never received so much as an email of acknowledgment. I must admit I have not tried to call or contact them since but I did watt to point out a lack of followup.

We apologize for not communicating with you. We operate by phone for making appointments and not by e-mail. Our contact numbers are listed. I have office/answer service and cell numbers for same or next day service. I can not find your info in my email history. I admit to only checking e-mail infrequently and don't recognize much of what I receive as valid to my work. We are not sure how this rates straight F,s with possible exception to responsiveness.
