The owner came promptly when he said he would. He was the first plumber that we hired that discovered what was wrong with our kitchen and shower faucets and shower head. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. We also felt his bill was very fair. We will definitely use him again.

Arrived on time. He was able to detect the problem of leaking from spout. Removed the handle of the faucet and cleaned and replaced the new valve inside that stopped the leak due to lime built-up. It was done in less than an hour. Everything was installed back and was tested thoroughly. He cleaned the tub after he was done and out of the tub. His bill was for labor and the new part. We have not had any leak so far. I'd use him again as his price seemed reasonable maybe five to eight dollars less than other companies. Please avoid Preferred Plumbing.

Very courteous and respectful plumber arrived on time, inspected all problems, explained needed repairs, performed repairs in a timely fashion, explained repairs as he worked, asked if I had any questions or possibly additional plumbing needs, charged a reasonable price, and then he left. S O S Plumbing will be my service provider from now on.

Ken was super nice and knowledgable. Quoted me $500 less than the last plumber and fixed the problem perfectly with a less complicated solution (the shower water diverter had broken off). My only complaint: he left the place kind of messy (water spray and footprints).

Chris was extremely informative of the options in replacing what was an extremely old water heater and the accommodations needed (and not needed) for the new ones. He was able to install the heater at my earliest convenience and called the morning prior with heater ready to ensure my availability. Upon arrival he was able to drain and remove the old one out of a very tight space in the center of the house and had the new one in before I was able to be mindful ot the time. At my request he replaced the old gate valve with a new ball valve charging only the cost of parts and better secured and taped my venting pipe than it had been before. He gave detailed instructions on the use and care of the heater and an overview of its features. In the end the cost was just as quoted plus a few itemized and reasonably priced parts. All in all an extremely solid job done by consummate professional. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Chris provided me with information FREE of charge that resolved the issue. He could have set up an appointment and come out to my condo but choose to just answer my questions on the phone. An honest professional that knows how to treat customers. THough I am a part time resident int he desert, he will be the plumber I call for all plumbing issues int he future.

Chris answered the phone promptly and apologized for not being able to get to our house until that afternoon. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional and fixed the problem within 45 minutes at what I feel was a very fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any plumbing job I might need and feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone in the Coachella Valley who needs a good plumber!

I discovered the problem on a Friday night, called Saturday morning, and Chris came about 3 hours later. I'd described the problem to him on the phone, so he just went to work when he arrived. I was busy elsewhere and was pleased and surprised to find that he was already working. Because he couldn't shut off the water company valve (it was too tight, maybe corroded), he had to plan a different way and ended up installing a new valve next to the old one, but placed so that it was easier for me to reach. Work took about 2 hours and price was less than expected. As repairs go, this was a very good experience.

He provided us with a quality product and service. He could have ripped me off but he didn't so I feel like he is very trustworthy. He also arrived on time and got right to work. He was easy to work with and didn't leave a mess.

It was after hours and the cost was going too high; but because of the diligence of the technician, I receive a good price and had them do the work. Thank you Ryan for your openness and good work. They responded as promised and I was very satisfied with the experience. I will use them again.

I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH CHRIS FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS, AND I LIKE HIM VERY MUCH. HE DOESN'T OVERCHARGE AND HE TELLS YOU BEFORE HE STARTS WHAT HE'S GOING TO DO AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS. WHEN HE'S FINISHED YOU KNOW THE JOB IS DONE, AND HE WON'T HAVE TO COME BACK.
