I CONTACTED CHRIS BY PHONE AND SENT HIM SOME DIGITAL IMAGES OF THE DAMAGE BY EMAIL. HE RESPONDED WITH AN ACCEPTABLE REPAIR ESTIMATE AND ARRIVED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY ON TIME. HE CONFIRMED THE ESTIMATE UPON INSPECTION AND BEGAN WORK AT MY HOME DRIVEWAY. WITHIN AN HOUR HE COMPLETED THE WORK, AND, BECAUSE IT TOOK LESS TIME THAN ANTICIPATED HE FURTHER DISCOUNTED THE PRICE WITHOUT ME ASKING FOR IT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED AND NEAT AND HIS HONESTY IS A REFRESHING SURPRISE. HIS PRICE AND WORK WAS THE BEST!
