They went out their way to help me. There's not one thing I'm not happy with them about at all. I just feel so lucky that I was able to at least find them. Unfortunately there's only two people in the playing field and one sucks really bad, the other one is really great. They worked really hard because the coverage is far from where I live and so they gave a system that works for me. It required a separate satellite installation and they did it. They've always kept in contact with me. There was no hidden anything beside the contract and that was it. Every time I have ever had a problem they came right out. We took care of it on the phone or they would send somebody out. They go out of their way to do their job. They always pick up a call, they've never transferred me somewhere where I didn't belong. I could call pretty much everybody in that company and they would get my call to the right person and it's worth the wait. Their price is extremely reasonable. There was no outrageous charges or anything. I signed up as a business account and because of that I pay a little bit more but I do get exceptional service. They're another company that I have 100% confidence in. I would recommend them to anybody else.

Arrived at appointed time, very knowledgeable, very courteous, had all the tools, parts, ladders, etc. needed; did the job and showed me how to use it, then left. Couldn't be happier!
