3 Day Blinds Palm Desert

Took months to get a person to come out and agree that some of the blinds were malfunctioning. Every week another one malfunctioned and the material became wavy not straight. Have been unresponsive in 10 months!

On December 22nd, I reached out to Angies List to recommend a company to install curtains. I received an immediate response from 3 Day Blinds and set up an appointment for December 24th. Their consultant, Jerry Mugar, came to the house, discussed and we agreed on what we wanted. However, we never received any followup communications or quotes. I reached out to Jerry and he indicated that he had a family emergency and that another associate would be contacting me. When I didn't hear from the associate, I reached out to 3 Day Blinds' customer assistance on 2 separate occasions and still no response. It is now January 14th . . . 23 days later. Besides wasting my time on this, I now have to start all over to look for a reputable company. Very disappointing.

The installation of my roller blinds took over 3 months because of an issue with the valences. Initially, they were backordered then, when available, they arrived broken twice! I don't blame the company for circumstances beyond their control but the communication was very poor. I had to initiate all the phone calls and e-mails to receive updates on my order. What made the situation worse was they took the entire payment up front so I had no option but to complete my business with them. The first assigned case manager never returned my calls and the second on selectively responded to my e-mails. The quality of the roller blind material is good and the designers did show up in a timely manner. I finally had to ask them to cancel the valence order and remove and haul away the valences already installed (the valences came in two shipments). I was not offered a refund and did not want to wait another 3 weeks for a third shipment that might also arrive broken. My recommendation is to research 3-Day Blinds by reading reviews from multiple websites before deciding to hire them. Also, as in most home improvement situations, get a quote from other companies as well.

It went great. Shades and curtains are installed efficiently and everything went according to plan.

I rate the initial salesman between bad and fair. He was prompt in arriving, but lacked full knowledge of the product. Did not return calls or emails. The installer/repair person I rate as excellent. He was prompt efficient, friendly, and made an extra effort to be sure all was done to our satisfaction.

The job went very well. Since using 3 Day Blinds for this project I used another competitor for some blinds on a residential project. The competitor was a little cheaper, but the quality and installation was not as good. Going forward I will use 3 Day Blinds, every if they are a little more expensive. Their quality is worth the small additional price.

My bay window is concave and my decorator said I wouldn't be able to find someone who could make shutters but they did an amazing job at a great cost. I had specifically asked for Jennifer Oberfel after reading several reviews stating what a phenomenal job she did and I'm so glad because she is the best! I interviewed 4 companies and they came up with the best quote.

The procedure went very well. I was very satisfied from the sale to the installation. I would highly recomend this concern.

Great! Had windows professionally measured. Was made aware of my choices. Ordered and they were here in three days! Definitely worth the difference in price from Lowe's or Home Depot. I could have gone cheaper but I really appreciated the professional advice and measuring to fit perfectly.

Very well. I was kept informed of the progress of the blinds. Waited as the mini blinds were on back order. Coverings were installed 6-7-18. The installers arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great with me, friendly, completed the installation in a half hour, cleaned up and gone!
