Marion, the owner is a very pleasant low key person. She came to my house and inspected the damage to my window. She advised me that her technicians would come to remove the entire window and take it to her shop for repair. About a week later her technicians came and carefully removed the window and boarded up the window space. In about 3 weeks the window was returned to me and the company had recreated the design in such a way you would never know it had been broken. They perfectly matched the colors of the original paints and the design on the unbroken portion of the window. I found this company on Angies List. She honored the discount coupon which was with the listing which I have found many vendors really don't do.
