Exterior Painting
The start date was May 26 and they finished today (nine days) There was one day when Randy called and asked to postpone a day, which was alright with me. My house is 1500 sf and they finished today, worked nine days, no weekends. The painting work went well, the only negative is Randy does not know how to install a 'dusk to dawn' light fixture, nor was he comfortable with a 'motion detector' light fixture.I think it's the electrical he's not comfortable with and I have no problem having someone else come in and install these new outside light fixtures.
I have a metal storm door and metal gate door that he said are not paintable. I think I can just clean those up. He scraped the loose wood off under the eaves/trim, power washed everything, filled in the stucco where it was needed and gave my home a nice looking 'face lift'. Yes, I would hire him again as he does know his paint!
