King Kahn Family Moving Company

We used King Kahn movers back in late June. We moved from Palm Desert to Beaumont. This was our first time using movers. We went ahead and got three estimates. Robert (owner) from King Kahn his prices were better than one company and about the same as another. But the difference was Robert himself. He was very customer service oriented. He was sincere and very helpful in the process. We felt comfortable going with his company. We decided to do the move in two days. One day they worked four hours, and they got a lot of stuff packed into the truck. So, the next day, our actual move date Palm Desert was packed and ready to go to Beaumont by noon. Working in the desert it was good to be finished by noon and on our way. They still worked until about 6pm but that was a lot better than 10pm had we done the move in one day. The three gentlemen who moved us were outstanding. They were very kind and customer service oriented, too. If I get their names wrong, I apologize since it has been a few months since our move. Luis, Isaiah and Lorenzo worked extremely hard and efficiently. We packed most of our stuff but the items they did pack, everything was wrapped better than what we did. We should have let them do more of the packing. During the move Robert called to see if everything was going smoothly or if we needed to add a truck. Which we didn’t, but him checking was just another example of him going the extra step. Moving is so stressful and when you can get help that removes some of the stress it is worth the money. My husband and I highly recommend King Kahn movers.

Efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They are quick and yet take exceptionally good care of our furniture. The best recommendation I could do - the were great. Moved a 3 bedroom home to another and did it all in less time than we expected.

Very organized. Made clear all charges

They did not set up the TVs they took down. Put way too many items in wardrobe boxes. I helped the whole time, or they would have taken longer. Additionally, the quoted price was not the final price! They up charged the bill when the quote stated the bill would not change! I am extremely disappointed in their overall service! If I had to do it again, Iâ d hire someone else!

I cannot say enough about the great customer service from booking the move all the way through to paying for it. It was a big job downsizing so much stuff..They handled everything! they even ran some stuff to the storage for me When all was said and done it even cost less than expected. My sister is an interior decorator she was so impressed as well she asked for their card and will be contacting them too!! WOW!!!! Robert & Donald were simply incredible. They were friendly, polite, efficient and FAST!! I gave them directions for the project and they got right to work and completed project quickly. They even did a bit more than was asked...which was so helpful to me as I injured my back in the original move. I cannot say enough about King Kahn. I would use them again and recommend them heartily. Thanks guys!!
