Contacted Frank, Tuesday, March 14, 2006, and he said he would be at my house, Wed., March 15@ 4 PM. He didn't show up. I called twice that afternoon and evening, I left 2 messages. I called again the next morning also and left another message (now 3), no answer and no call back. I called him again this morning and left another message telling him I was submitting a report to you folks.

WHEN WE CALLED THEM, HE GOT BACK TO US RIGHT AWAY. THEIR WORK WAS JUST REALLY GOOD. THEY DIDN'T SLACK OFF OR ANYTHING, THEY DID THE WORK AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THEY WERE OUT OF HERE.
