We have a sprinkler system so there's a shutoff for sprinkler & domestic. Handle rusted off so it's a pain to shut off water to house. Emailed Andrew over a weekend, replied promptly. Came by to check it out before quoting a price. Instead of replacing it Andrew installed a shut off just above it for domestic water only. And while he was here he replaced mixer on shower - and didn't charge for time to go buy the right part.
