MEKANIKS PLUS CAR CARE CORNER

Car battery went dead and a number of sensors came on, this was on a Sunday.  I cleared the sensors by driving the car, called Mekaniks Plus Monday morning and I was able to go in on the same day. The place is a bit funky and not a great location but I liked Mario so thought I would give it a try. Left car for pick up at around 12:00. Mario called a couple of hours later and said rear brakes needed replacing and I could pick up about 3:00PM. I finally got the car at about 4:00 PM. Mario apologized that the new brake sensor he just installed was bad but that it was safe to drive and to bring it back tomorrow. The only thing I noticed is that the drivers seat and floor mat were a bit greasy. Whoever took it for a test drive was not careful.
Mario called the next day and offered to come pick up the car himself and return it to us. I was impressed as that is great service! I mentioned the greasy seat to Mario and he apologized and would clean it. Mario returned the car, with the seat and mat cleaned and gave us a $50 credit. I will use them again, mainly because of Mario.
