I bought furniture on 4/10/11 for $3360.71.I got a 20% off coupon, which is what got me to go to the store. I got the coupon in march or april '11. The furniture was defective when it was delivered, although i didn't discover that for 2 days. the arms of the furniture was incorrectly upholstered. I've contacted customer service 9xs times & the store 7xs to resolve the problem. 2 techs have come out and taken pics.the 1st said the arms need to be reupholstered, but coporate claimed nothing was wrong the 1st time I talked to them. in another phone call they said the right arm of the chaise and the seat cushion needed to be repaired. my complaint was that the 4 arms of the the 2 chaises and chair & 1/2 needed to be repaired. La Z Boy corporate is the only 1 who can resolve the problem. the store manger has no power whosoever to repair the furniture, which i think is a HUGE problem. the furniture I got is different than the floor sample at the store. I have pics of the floor sample and what I got. I feel they were deceptive and did a "bait and switch" on me. they showed me 1 thing and delivered an entirely different 1. as of 8-8 both corporate & the store have refused to return my calls!

We have informed customer, upon out investigation and technician inspection, only one outside arm and one chaise seat were not up to out manufacturing restrictions. La-Z-Boy is willing to assist with repairing these concerns as our warranty states. The customer has refused to allow us to assist with these repairs as our warranty states.
