Alex came out same afternoon I called. Keypad not working. I replaced the batt but no luck. He tossed the batt and put in one he had. Problem solved. So you are thinking no big deal. How about no charge. He drove from Oxnard to SB and then back and refused to take any payment. If you need any repair or new door you should give him a call.
