Professional and completed work quickly...it is supposed to rain in the next couple of days. We really appreciated his getting the leak fixed in a timely manner.

The cost seemed a bit high for the amount of time spent here but we are paying for the expertise of the repair person. Only other point was that no written explaining of services completed was given; however we neglected to ask for it so maybe our fault, too. Very professionally done otherwise.

Tim Whedon is a highly skilled roofer who demands that the job be done correctly. He told me what needed to be done to ensure the integrity of my roof and caught a couple of extra defects that were not visible during his initial inspection. His prices were reasonable and within the range of his initial quotation, His roofer was both skilled and personable.

Tim Whedon did a complete inspection of my project and then gave a very detailed description of the repairs needed. He started exactly on time, completed all the necessary work, and was spot-on the amount of the quote. He is the consummate professional, detailed, organized and very experienced. Anyone would be luck indeed to work with him.

They called me right away and came out that day to take a look. T hat was on a Friday. Work was scheduled for the following Monday and Tuesday. They not only made the dry rot look good, they reworked some of the configurations of the roof and valleys, correcting what caused the problem in the first place.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. They were professional in all aspects. First they assessed the scope of the work by removing some tile. Dry rot was found in one of the valleys. The quotation was reasonable and the work was accomplished in three days. Some new tile was required and they utilized an unseen portion of the roof as quarry to replace broken units. There was no new tile available to perfectly match the existing. They also repaired tile at roof penetrations which was beyond the original scope of the work. The finished work was beyond my expectations. I would recommend the owner, Tim, and his job foreman, James, to anyone that needs repair work on their tile roof. If perchance a leak still persists at the next heavy rainstorm, they will be back to correct the situation. In closing, they provided me with top satisfaction.
