Trabuco Air

I've been using Trabuco air for over ten years. My AC died on the first hot day of the year, called Brandon around 5pm in Friday night and he had someone at my house the next morning and had the sytem running in no time. I've used them at three different houses over the years and my parents use them as well. I have bought several new hvac complete systems. They are always honest, prompt and give great service even for the smallest problem. I would highly recommend.

Josh came out the day before Christmas eve and then back with a crew on Christmas eve to replace my old, non-functioning heating unit. I had a house full of company, so the heat not working was a disaster! They were neat, professional, and pleasant to work with. I wouldn't call anyone else. Trabuco Air was truly a five star experience.

They called right away. We made an appointment and I had a new air conditioner in 2 days. All of the guys were so nice and helpful. They explained every step. I am very pleased.

I am not sure if new part was required or not, overall the experience were great: fast response, worker was polite and cleaned after job done.

I financed with them, they first offered me 18 months deferred payments. I agreed with it, then they came back and said they could not do it, the salesman gave me the wrong information, not happy with that. They told me they would have the abatement team at my house the following day, I took a day off work to meet with them, and they told me the abatement team could not be there, and I need to reschedule. It seems to me they need to make sure there salesman know what there doing and do not make promises for another company if they do not know there schedules

Seemed overpriced but they did respond in a timely manner. Also, was pushed hard to replace my unit instead of repairing it, stuck with repairs.
