When I first called, I was pleased to speak to a person, not a message machine. The gentleman Steve asked some questions & said it would be no charge to examine the A/C. Usually can fix same day unless Re-installing a new one which is from 1-3 days. He called my Landlord & replacement was approved. Yay!

Bill Walker is the tech that diagnosed my faulty condensing unit compressor to be grounded. Sounds like a good thing right? but its not. You never want to hear that. Should you ever do so you want Trabuco Air handling it. I was explained what was wrong and given options that i could comfortably choose from without just breaking the the already shaking bank. Trustworthy and reliable Bill is a cool cat and confident in his skill set. He knows air conditioning extensively and will solve your needs as well. I can finally enjoy the upstairs again thanks to Bill from Trabucco Air.

Steve came out and assessed our airflow issue. Step by step explained why one of the rooms in our home wasn’t cooling down. He recommended several different options which included the most simple and almost no cost option. Loved the honesty, reliability and expertise of Steve and Trabuco Air!

I paid $657 for whole-house sanitized, which was to include servicing two air conditioners. Only a visual inspection was performed. No actual cleaning was involved.

I dont know if proper but they charged me $650 for supposedly cleaning the condenser and adding 3.8 pounds of refrigerant. That was all the service. I think I was overly over priced.

Joshua was thorough when he came to look over our system. He did not push anything we did not need. When Jason and his partner arrived as promised they were clean and thorough with their work. They even put on shoe covers when entering the house. Trabuco Air and Joshua were recommended by our son-in-law. He had a new A/C and heating system installed.

They did an amazing job helping my older parents with their ac unit issues. They were very punctual and communicative through the whole process, definitely will be recommending them to family and friends.
