Technician was very helpful and courteous.

Sam, who came out to give me an estimate for a new system, found out that the old fan motor was the culprit and recommended that we just repair the motor. He explained things in detail, helped us to save money in a genuinely sincere attitude, I was impressed how good his service was, and I recommend him for any HVAC issues. I will be using him in the future.

I live it when a service company doesnâ  t try to over sell you and just does what is needed, it builds trust and I will definitely call them first next time I need service. Trust can only be earned and they did just that.

Nice working with an honest professional. He was able to replace some parts and got the AC unit to work. Looking at my older unit he did not automatically say that I needed a new unit!

Nest Thermostat downstairs wasn t working. Tech arrived and was able to diagnose problem within about 20 minutes and got to work repairing the system. I suppose when I went to install the best I shorted out a fuse on the AC. Great work. Thanks!

They completed the work without my consent. Then I had to pay the bill without getting a second opinion. I will never know if I got a good deal or not. I was forced to pay almost $500, but my air conditioner was repaired! A phone call before the work was done should have been made to me, the owner of the house, and the one paying for the service.

Kurt was very informative and answered all my concerns. He did a very good job explaining what he was doing.

Called in the morning and Steve was here at 12:30; diagnosed the problem, did the repair....it all took about 15 min! I HIGHLY recommend them. Did I mention this was during a heatwave of 94+ degrees😎

Great experience, reasonable and professional.

These guys did not do the job as needed! $350 and my AC worked for an hour! When I called to complain the supervisor stated they had given me a discount! For an hours worth of coldness? His equipment to calculate the coolness coming out the vent didn?t even work. But he said ? Yeah I can feel the temperature drop!? Never again!

They checked out our system at no cost, gave valuable insight and checked up to continue giving insight without any additional charge, very professional and knowledgeable!
