Overall it went very well. The owner (Mitch) does an excellent job of explaining how the company works. But after that insist on working with the office staff -- they are awesome and amazing.

I found them through Angie's List. Mitch Mills and his team are exceptionally professional. Instead of trying to sell you on why property management services are needed, they focus on getting the job done and they deliver. I have been very happy with them and would certainly recommend, especially if you're not living in the area or are short on time. They are fair on their charges (nothing hidden) and have found what I paid for as been more than worthwhile. No regrets.

OC Pro has managed multiple units for me for the past few years. As I don't live in the area it is really important that I have a good property management company and OC Pro has fulfilled that need. I found them through Angie's List and have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. They have been able to get good, reliable tenants and they consistently update me about any maintenance issues that come up. They do direct deposit of rents into my account and even do periodic safety inspections of my homes. Overall I've been very pleased with their service.9283

They are wonderful, but I think they changed their name, I am not sure. I pay them a certain percentage of the rent. They are very professional and pleasant. If I have any questions they take time to answer them. They are worry free. I don't have to worry about the property. They do everything. They also will go in and check the property for me to make sure the tenant is maintaining it. It is really great because I ran into a lot of problems with renters so these people are great. I don't have to worry about anything; they take care of it all. They keep me updated constantly about whether there were any repairs and how much it cost and what they did. I get an itemized list monthly. The price is very reasonable and is worth every penny. I will use them forever.

The cost of their services is a percentage of the collected rent on a monthly basis; it is one or two percent. So far they have been good; they managed getting renters pretty quickly through the holiday season and they have been managing the property well. I engaged them probably in October of 2013 and we were able to get renters by the 1st of February. It is hard to get a rental out in the holidays. We have not had any issue since. I think I am a little perfectionist and sometimes I might be a tougher grader than others but I seem pleased. They definitely exceeded my expectations in a certain way. Their price is fair too.

MITCH AT RPM WAS WONDERFUL! I WAS MOVING OUT OF MY TOWNHOUSE IN TUSTIN AND WANTED TO RENT IT. I HAD NEVER RENTED A PROPERTY BEFORE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHERE OR HOW TO BEGIN. I CALLED MITCH AT RPM AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. HE CAME ON TIME (AND WAS ON TIME FOR EVERY FUTURE APPOINTMENT) AND EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT RUSHING ME AND DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL PRESSURED. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH MORE QUESTIONS AND HE AND HIS STAFF, ESPECIALLY ELLY AND JENNIFER, WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESHIONAL. I DECIDED TO USE THEIR COMPANY AND AFTER POSTING MY UNIT ON THE MLS THEY FOUND ME A GREAT TENANT AT THE MONTHLY RATE I WANTED. A COUPLE OF THINGS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND MITCH TOOK CARE OF IT THE SAME DAY AT A VERY COST CONSCIOUS WAY TO SAVE ME MONEY. THEY WILL ALSO CHECK INSIDE THE PROPERTY EVERY FEW MONTHS TO MAKE SHURE IT IS BEING MAINTAINED WELL BY THE TENANT. I HAVE RECEIVED MY RENT DIRECT DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH RPM AND HOPE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!

These are really great people to work with. They really seem to understand the 'landlord' side of things, and were so easy to talk with. They understood my concerns and took care of them. I can easily say they went above and beyond what I expected, and am so glad to have found them.
They handled the move out of my tenant, and had new tenants in within a couple weeks. The previous tenant was a lot of trouble, or else I think we could have had someone moving in right away. And even though RPM had nothing to do with the previous lease/tenant, they helped me with them anyway.
I highly recommend Mitch Mills and RPM OC Pros.

I've been very happy with them and still I am. They came over and looked everything over and made a bunch of notes. We didn't have definitely rented for another three weeks because they wanted to see it and they didn't want to show it until we got the carpet in. When they finally did the first people he got in like almost today he came to see us and went ahead and took it. They were really quick on finding somebody.The price they charge is reasonable, I expected to have to pay more than they said. They gave me several references of people like a handyman that would do some things and a carpet place that wholesale that's not open to the public. We had a good deal with them and they also gave us a person who worked out really well for the installation of the things. Overall we're happy so far with them.

Decided to use RPM and have not regretted decision. Condo is rented, they are managing move in and so far - so good. Nice folks, great follow up and very helpful.

Real Property Management OC Advantage is the best! And Mitch Mills is the greatest! When the decision was made to move in with my Mom to help care for her, I knew I needed someone to get my condo fixed up and rented and who could manage the place for me, as I didn?t have a clue what to do or where to begin. I called and met with several people, but none of them were willing or able to do what I needed them to do. Then I called RPM OC Advantage and signed up with them on our first meeting. Within a month, Mitch and his team had beautifully fixed up my place (new paint, carpet, tile, kitchen and baths) and had the place on the market. And I was completely impressed with their interview and screening process for prospective tenants. Credit checks, criminal background checks, even calling current and previous landlords to get the real scoop. Mitch and his team are honest, professional, easy to get a hold of, and quick to respond to my needs or the needs of my tenants. Their prices are reasonable and their service offerings are top notch!
