I went to Homeadvisor.com and got about 4-5 calls. One guy stuck out. The honest guy who actually said "look you sound like you really need relief and I may lose the business but I'll be honest with you, theres a little copper line that if you replace it has an 80% chance of fixing it and you'll have hot water. He did it and it worked. AND HE WAS SO NICE HE FIXED OUR KITCHEN FAUCET LEAK TOO!! Customer service over the top. I would recommend this guy 10,000 times over. He hustled, he cared and was honest. All the other people lost our business and we'll refer him to our friends!

It's was great he told us what needed to be changed and what happens if we don't change what need to be changed.
