They came on time, explained why and what they were doing, taking the time to answer all my questions, before, during, and after the job. Most important, they cleaned up after. They know what they are doing. I'm very happy.

The tech snaked the left side of kitchen sink for 20-30 min. and said he sees roots. I asked about snaking the right side with the garb disposal. He said they are connected, nothing else he could do but offered me a free video inspection. The sink is still clogged. I said another plumber came here about 8 yrs ago, removed disposal, snaked both sides and spent about 4-5 hours here. It drained fine for years. I paid 480.00 and it was worth it. Tech did not have camera but said another would be back with one later and I paid the 125.00. They both came back and did the inspection. They are both very polite. Long story short, I need a main drain reline. The estimate is 8900.00. My bathroom sinks, tub and washer drain fine and both toilets work fine. I will be calling my previous plumber for another estimate. Cesar the owner came out today to fix a minor leak. He did a great job, is very knowledgeable and made things right. He was very informative and gave me some excellent information. Many thanks. Update: Although the owner of MVP fixed the leak the first tech caused on the left side of the kitchen sink when he re-installed the p-trap, the right side was still draining slowly. I contacted Coast plumbing. The tech arrived and confirmed left side drains fine, right side is clogged. He removed p-trap on right side and snaked 40 min. He also cleaned out the p-trap which was 85% clogged (he showed me). He re-assembled everything, confirmed no leaks, and the sink has drained perfectly ever since and only charged me 75.00. So if I had gone with MVP's recommendation of a new cleanout and main sewer drain re-line for 8900.00 I would have still had a clogged sink.

Possibly one of the best contractor - client experiences I have ever had. MVP must be studying from the Nordstrom school of service, because the whole team is polite, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. This is not just from Daniel and Anthony, the leads on the job, but this goes for the person manning the phones, & setting up a scheduled appointment, to the courtesy phone call saying the team is on it's way, to on time show up, to Leo, a master at digging trenches. My project involved replacing a deteriorated underground gas line to a BBQ across the width of my entire backyard. The speed of the work, the quality materials used, the attention to detail in trenching and cleaning up and putting the grass back into it's previous state was unbelievable. Definitely my go-to plumber for future work.

We hade to reschedule but when I called a day later they immediately had a call to the tenant and wet out and completed the work.

I was very impressed by MVP. Daniel was very polite, and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why and gave me a good price. He completed the work and the sink runs better than it ever has. Addressing another one of my concerns, he then gave me an estimate on replacing pipes under my kitchen sink (which are 40+ yrs old) with no sales pressure. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use them again as the need arises. Thanks.
