The previous plumber created a leak by cracking a pipe. This necessitated removal of the pipe a the trap. The MVP plumber did a great job correcting a flubbed job.

Cesar, the man behind the company, is committed to deliver per our requests. Price is reasonable. He said for what he did. Excellence services! Must get this company for your water plubming or gas pipes need. I would recommend to my friends.

They were prompt in responding. Daniel came out and was very professional. Our project was a auto starting gas fireplace. He hadn't done one exactly like the one I purchased before but read the instructions and went on line and got the data he needed to do a great job. He didn't knock the product I had purchased in fact he said it was top tier. Friendly, competent and hard worker.

This company is first class. I had two problems. The first I thought was a major one. Clogged pipes. However within a few seconds the plumber noticed it was just as he put it "trash" in the faucet. a simple solution. cost to fit it. $0.00. The second was a leaking tub faucet. fixed the problem within minutes. He gave me a discount for a first time customer. He also recommended other repairs needed in the near future. The plumber was a pros pro.

Impressive! Very professional company from the front office to the technician team - true rockstars! They knew exactly what they were doing from the moment they showed up and that confidence assured me that I hired the right team. I would like others to know the gas inspector from the city of Placentia walked up to me to say that these guys (referring to MVP) were doing an "excellent" job and had nothing to worry about. What impressed me most about the owner of MVP was his high level of integrity not to mention the price quoted. I could not find anyone else to beat or match this price. The owner is highly knowledgeable and highly experienced (grew up helping his father who was a contractor) was very professional and made it a point kept me up to date on the status of the job. The men doing the digging were also clean and wore protectors on their shoes each time they walked into my house. Thank you MVP! I will definitely be hiring MVP again in the future.

Excellent workmanship, courteous, efficient and honest

replacing the tankless water heater was the only option. MVP rep was extremely professional, polite, did excellent diagnostics, and although the cost was significant to replace the water heater, the work was done so well, and the warranty and free maintenance and replacement of corroded pipes made us feel we did the right thing and we are confident about this purchase and our future use of it.

Caesar inspected the job before making the estimate. Other problems were founded explained to me. I still have a problem hat they are going to fix next week.
