Immediate response time, which was highly appreciated. Gave attention to detail, answered all questions I had regarding Fireplace knowledge. Final price was less than quoted amount. They could have charged more, but didn't. That's worth mentioning. Cleaned my fireplace, and so far, so good.

Brian was late but company called to let me know that he was going to be. Competently completed chimney sweep. Then let me know fireplace facade upgrade former owner had done was not up to building code. Worse, the improper upgrade was done with plywood behind wallboard, and the plywood had caught fire and was a danger that could potentially burn the house down. I needed to make repairs before having another fire. I would definitely recommend Lucky Sully company to others.
