"Mrs R did call me explaining the issues. I told her I would handle it, at the time I was picking up kids from school, and in the ruckus of this, I did forget to check into it. When she did call back, she was quite argumentative and upset, understandably so, if she thought we were ignoring her. I apologized, that I had forgot and tried to explain to her that I did not get any of her emails. I further tried to tell her that the pictures attached to the invoice are a bit difficult to find... She wasn't having it and continued to speak aggressively to me. I tried to explain that the scheduling app abbreviated a part of her street name, [Member Information Removed], to Cll, again she wasn't having any part of my explanation and continued to speak aggressively. I did not get any of her emails, I even looked in my spam folder, so I have no idea of what happened there. I finally did ask her if she just wanted to argue or wanted to get things corrected. I resent the original invoice, and I even downloaded to original invoice to a pdf file onto my computer and forwarded that which included the correction to the name and the requested picutures, but still with the "incorrect address" with the Cll abbreviation instead of [Member Information Removed]."
