We were more than pleased with Lucky Sully's service. The technician, Brian, was friendly, courteous, and thorough. Our renters were worried that there would be dust and dirt in their units and there was absolutely none. We will be return customers.

The serviceman who came out was very personable. He set up quickly and got to work. He did a great job of cleaning up and the fireplace looks great!

Lucky Sully gave me a very straight-forward quote, so I knew what to expect. I checked their contractor's license on the CSLB.ca.gov website and everything looked in order. The only thing they were waiting on was workers comp insurance since they recently added an employee (previously, the job was done by the two partners). The technician, Brian, arrived promptly at the designated appt time. He did a good job of cleaning and was very conscientious about being neat and cleaning up any residue. He was very professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The estimate of 3-4 hours was for 7 vents and 1 dryer vent. I ended up having 3 more vents and added a chimney so the job took 6 hours total. I was very pleased with the job and definitely feel the difference in air quality when I turn on my furnace. The only thing I would have liked was for them to let me know the requirements for equipment setup and electrical before they arrived on site.

Sully said I did not need air ducts cleaned because my ducts are just three years old. He was very pleasant, prompt, clean, and seemed to do a thorough job as chimney sweep.

VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. NO PROBLEMS. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THERE WERE NO EXTRAS WITH THE PRICE. WHAT I WAS TOLD IS WHAT I PAID.
