Quick response, professionally done. Got the drain blockage uncolgged. Only 2 hours from phoning them to arrival & fix. Reasonable rate for the service. We've used them a number of times -- this time for plumbing problem but have used in the past for heating/AC work, replacing hot water heater too. I woul recommend & would use again.

Came to clear a clogged yard drain. Plumber came I'll prepared to deal with mud in yard drain leading to street. Used a "snake" meant for a sink drain, to clean out hair. Of course it failed. He tried for less than 5 mins., gave up, and then asked for $450 !!! They knew the problem in detail before he showed up, but failed to bring an auger and a high pressure hose. What a rip off!

The workers were wonderful, kind, informative, carefull of property and everything was cleaned up to the point of not knowing they had ever been there. Oh yea, they did all this in the pouring rain starting on New Years Day and finishing 2 days later also in the pouring rain. Great job Guys.

The service was done the same day and the worker was very professional. However, the cost to fix an outside water spigot was extremely overpriced around $800. Look around for more quotes before hiring Green star Home Services/Rescue Rooter.

Installation of a tankless water heating system (Navien) was a major work. We also had to install a Comfort Valve to supply hot water all the way to the top floor (5 stories). Because of the mineral built up from the prior water tank, the water flow to the Master bathroom was weak. The technician (Oscar) came next day and repaired all the fixtures, including the new shower head. He also help filling out the rebate form from the gas company. Overall, the service was outstanding.

Leaky water heater flex line and valve replaced. Took around 2.5 hrs.. I estimate less than $100 in parts. That leaves $800 in labor. I was charged over $900 for the repair. Shame on me. I authorized it cause I wanted to get it done to avoid damage to garage wall. So rough math is $320. /hr labor. Boy was I ripped off!
