Ferro Iron

They were very informative, prompt, and courteous. Although we did not use them , I would never hesitate to refer them to a frond or neighbor. They come highly recommended.

The workers who came out were good, but I felt like the company kept pushing me off. They were a week late. They were very knowledgable and seemed to know what they were doing. The only problem that I have with the company is I felt like we were playing phone tag and it was kind of hard to get ahold of somebody with my schedule. They did do a very good job though.

When they painted the railings, there were many areas where the paint ran and it makes it look very bad. The older gentleman that was part of the crew used a roller after I complained and it looks good, but there was a younger person working too, and the job he did looks very sloppy.  The younger one also aggravated me when I asked about the sloppy job he did painting, he replied that "most people don't care how it looks". They did a good job with the actual installation of the railing and they were nice, but the finishing work involving painting was very sloppy and unprofessional. I am not happy with the job and think they should come back out to fix their work, but they are not answering my calls or returning my messages.

They came out and corrected the problems.

They took the old one out and put up a new one. They did a great job! I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work Ferro iron did.. The design and color are just what we wanted.  I would highly recommend this company.

We used them recently.  They are professional.  They were accurate and all balance in my needs exactly.  They didn’t waste my time.  They did a good job.  For price, I compared with others and they were about the same so it’s okay.

We had iron work done for our front and back yard. We found a photo of the style we wanted and they were able to create the gates and fencing exactly as we described to them. They are a super friendly family owned business. We have a swimming pool and they were familiar with all the gate requirements for safety. I would highly recommend them.

Homeowner canceled job for personal reasons.  No fault of contractor.  

If we could give Ferro Iron an A+ we would - from beginning to end.  Travis and Steve are an absolute delight to work with - very personable and experts in their field.  Delivery was unbelievably fast and efficient.  We love our new fence and wouldn't hesitate to call Ferro Iron again.  Definitely the best service we have ever had from anyone in the 20+ years we have lived in Mission Viejo. 

I saw some iron work at a house in Park Santiago in Santa Ana. The house was from the 1930?s and had a very New Orleans look to it with balcony railings and columns, a driveway gate and some ornate fencing. The creativity and craftsmanship was way beyond anything I had seen so I asked the owner of the house who did the work and got directed to Ferro Iron.  I looked them up and scheduled and appointment with the owner.
I met Steve at my house and we discussed the scope of the job and the ?look? I was trying to achieve. He was able to sketch out some basic ideas and narrow down my ideas. Once he had the basic measurements of the property and a good idea of what I wanted, he was off to work. We met up about a week later and he had a price and more complex drawings. We tweaked the driveway gate a little bit, I gave him a deposit and he started the fabrication.
Once the gate and fence pieces were finished, I stopped by the shop in Orange to pick out a color. Ferro painted the pieces in a two tone bronze that gave a look like copper with a heavy patina. They came out and installed everything in a day and the fit was perfect. I just sold the house in January and everything still looked great! I?m having Steve bid some work at my new house so hopefully I?ll be writing another raving review for Ferro Iron soon?

We needed a safety fence around the pool of our new home installed before we moved in. Safety for our kids being our main concern, we also wanted one that was aesthetically pleasing. I liked the fact that it is a family run business. 
The owners worked with us on a few different options and the quote was reasonable. The installers were friendly and neat. 
The fence looks fantastic. Exactly what we wanted.
They even went above and beyond making sure the gate was self closing and adjusted perfectly for safety. 
The quality of the work is fantastic using high grade materials. Some of the other samples we had from competitors seemed thin and cheap.
We were happy, our yard looks great, and our kids are safe. Definite recommend
