Mike responded right away. He installed a trenchless water main, with minimal disruption to plants and yard. Work was completed quickly and professionally. We would definitely call him again.

JAMES COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY WHICH WAS GOOD! HE DID NOT CLOSE UP AN OPENING IN THE WATER HEATER CLOSET THAT CAUSE ALOT OF AIR TO COME INTO THE HOUSE. WE HAVE TO GET IT REPAIRED. WE HAVE TO WATER HEATERS IN THE HOUSE ONE FOR UPSTAIRS AND ONE FOR DOWNSTAIRS. HE DID NOT RE IGNITE THE WATER HEATER PILOT UPSTAIRS, WE CALLED HIM TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO LITE THE PILOT AND DID NOT GET A RETURN CALL. HE WAS SOME WHAT PRICEY.

They were quick, 10 min after initial conversation Mike was at my house working on detecting a water leak. Work was scheduled next day. Mike was on time, very efficient and answered all my questions. The pipe rerouting was done in half a day with a help of his friend. All area was cleaned up at the end of the job. I’m very happy and will recommend them to others.

James is a skilled and knowledgeable plumber. His workmanship is excellent. He installed R/O and made a hole on my thick granite countertop. Beautifully organized under the sink. I will add a picture later. Also installed water purification system for the whole house. All works fine, no leaks. They are friendly and cleaned up all the mess. I will use them again!

I'm glad I hired James to install the TOTO toilet, he knows about them. He gave a fair estimate and, when he encountered a problem with the tile floor I put in, he unhesitatingly crawled under the house to set the toilet right (even discovered an unglued section!). I would trust James to do the best job possible for a reasonable price.
