We thought the service person was friendly, clean and did a good job. It would have been good for him to purge the water line of air before leaving. We had to have appliance person out cuz we thought something else was wrong with ice maker and it turned out the air in the line needed to be purged. Also, labor cost was a little expensive. That said he did come out same day.

They charge me $2,200 for a new water pressure regulator, a Bradford White water heater and expansion tank. Labor rate was $350 per hour which I feel was excessive. The services were exceptional, however, I highly recommend that homeowners get three estimates before they hire a contractor, no matter what the circumstances are with the timing of the repair.

The service tech/plumber JOHN was simply excellent! He knew his craft, no doubt about it. His time estimate was right on the mark. Post job cleanup was super. I would recommend JOHN and this plumbing contractor to friends and family!!!

I received call from James DeGennaro 2 min after I sent inquiry to HomeAdvisor. They sent me a technician, who came in 15-20 min. His name is Mike. He came with his van. He inspected the problem provide me with what necessary to do to fix the problem, told the cost of repair, and after my confirmation, made the necessary supporting tools, and fixed the problem, and explained when and how I can use the fixed equipment again and warranty they provide. Thank you Mike!

Responded to a broken pipe in the ceiling above my kitchen within an hour of putting it on home advisors. James called and let me know that his two top guys were available to come out within the hour. Mike and John were prompt, professional and immediately gained our trust with their knowledge and skill. My pipe(s) were fixed, water pressure corrected and thank goodness water could be turned back on without any more worry of flooding. Thank you all. You will be my 'go to' for all future plumbing needs!
