Got a phone call that Mike was going to be a little late on account of traffic; no problem. He showed up about 20 minutes after the hour and set about trying to find my leak. We found the leak in the wall in the dining room; a cracked section of a cast iron drain pipe. He removed the 6 ft. section and replaced it with ABS pipe. Tested for any more leaks and found none. He was very respectful and efficient. I was happy with the job.

They were very helpful and did exactly what was needed.

Michael arrived a little early, and fully explained what he was going to do. He assessed what we thought was a leak and saved me the trouble of opening a wall. My water pressure was 110 psi and Michael suggested replacing the regulator, which he did efficiently.

Degennaro was the first to contact me and were at my home within the hour. They diagnosed the problem, we settled on a price and they got it done. I am very happy and would recommend them.

Used HomeAdVisor for the first time to fix a stopped up kitchen drain. HA put me in contact with James who called me literally within a minute and had his plumber, John, on his way and at the house within an hour of my call. Although there were unexpected complications with the repair (tree roots, yuk) the job was completed very professionally. James even drove out to inspect the work. There was a slight up charge over the amount I was originally quoted, but I felt the additional amount was justified. I would definitely call James again and have added him to my Contacts.

He was calm in a situation that was a bit hectic (a family member was undergoing surgery that morning & the last thing needed was a leaking shower thru the ceiling!!) As a family, we were all grateful for Mike's prompt service - it was done perfectly and this will NOT be the last time we contact this company, The work done on Friday was just to solve an immediate problem - as we discussed with Mike. I was looking for a plumber to help fix a connection issue in my home. I was contacted within 30 mins of putting my info/request in via Home Advisor and was told someone could be at my home in less than an hour for a free estimate. Sure enough, I had John at my door at 7:00 a.m., he addressed my problems, and fixed the issue quickly. I feel the price was more than fair, in fact lower that what I was expecting to pay for an early morning job, and everything was done is less than an hour. I'm very pleased with the services I received and would highly recommend this business to my family and friends.

timely, polite, clean, good work. $10.00 part 15 min labor - total bill $160.00. I think $150.00 for the service call was kinda high.
