Good not great, I would say not bad but ok

Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. Friendly, professional, on time.

Water heater began leaking in the late afternoon, two days before Christmas. Alan was at my door within an hour at about 5:30 pm, temporarily stopped the leak, and assessed the problem. He was back first thing the next morning (Christmas Eve) with a new heater, which he installed in about two hours. I can't comment on the relative cost because I had no time to shop around...but couldn't be happier with the response and the service.

Tech Showed up on time ,completed the work and cleaned up the work area . Did the job for the price quoted.

I requested a plumber and within 2 hours I had one at the house.

They showed up 1/2 hr after I called late one afternoon and gave me an estimate to replace my water heater. Then they showed up first thing the next morning and finished the job before 11 AM. I was duly impressed at the top notch work they performed.

Job turned out to be bigger, more complicated than planned or estimated but he stuck with it and honored the original estimate. Will definitely call on him again.

I recommend John. He was very thorough with our inspection.

John was friendly and didn't try to charge me an outrageous amount. I would hire him again.

My gas line underneath my not that old concrete and brick back yard was leaking. Called 6 people to give me quote. Most of them wanted to dig up the concrete and put a gas pipe which would have destroyed my back yard and swimming pool decor. James is the only one that came with using a machine to go underneath the cement. He and his on contractor did have to break concrete but not in visible area. He took straight shot from the main line into the middle of my firepit.... i am an engineer but that was some craftsmenship. He showed up on time and finished on time. He is good at so many other things that he offered me so many good advice on how to put my firepit back again and also how to restart my pool heating. He also redid my firepit and he said it may take an hour but when i showed up he said it only took 35 minute so will charge you for the 35 minute. You can't get professionals like that. BTW the area was cleaned every day he worked. He wasn't the lowest priced but certainly was within 15% of the lowest bidder but the lowest bidder would have left my backyard in a mess and i would have to pay someone else to redo the concrete for 1ft by 80ft trench that would have certainly been more. I don't write reviews but this one is well deserved.

The Plumbers name is John He arrived when he said he would. He quoted me the cost as soon as I Explained what he needed to do. He was very quick in getting to work. The price was a very good price. I actually would be very glad to recommend the company to any one. I will use them all the time from now on.

Friendly, fast and reasonably priced service. Very prompt response time...not a 3 week wait like "some" companies.

James is very experienced, reasonable, honest and friendly. In fact, we had already had him do another job we had on our list. We will definitely use him again.
