James responded quickly and politely. Showed up on time analyzed the problem explained his solution and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after the work was done. James is a conscientious, independent plumber and businessman. I hope I don't need his expertise again, but if I do, I know who to call.

James called and texted me first thing in the morning when he found out drains weren't functioning. He got to the residence, checked out the issue and gave me an estimate. Since the tenant requested more work to be done, he verified with me first before moving ahead. I greatly appreciated James' promptness, plumbing knowledge, communication and pricing. So grateful! I'll certainly contact James for future plumbing jobs!

James did a beautiful job installing a new electric wall oven over a gas cooktop in a very tight space. The cooktop's gas regulator and the fact that new wall ovens with the same reported specs have nevertheless gotten bigger over the past 20 years, made this a challenging installation in my NYC-sized kitchen. The Big Box stores' installation teams couldn't do it. James's results are beautiful and everything works. James is now my Go To plumber.

James came over right away and quickly assessed the situation. He helped us order the part (covered by warranty) and came back the next day to install it. We will definitely call on him again if we need a plummer.

Handled a backyard emergency of flooding due to clogged drains on both sides of home with two upcoming rainstorms like a champ! Showed up on time, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Was able to remove roots and re-establish proper drainage on both sides in 2 1/2 hrs which was within his 2-3 hour estimate. Charged by the hour; not by job. I'm satisfied with his work and would request his services again if needed.
