He took the time to dissect the issue and found a solution. While the others were very quick to say I needed to pull up the concrete. Quotes were as high as $3500 but because he was thorough and found the real issue I was charged a fraction of that. I am Very pleased.

The plumber was courteous and professional and replaced the leaking shutoff valves in just a few minutes. It saved me the headache of trying to do this myself. I would probably contact Empire Plumbing on any future plumbing projects!
