The experience was good. Their prices were competitive and the work appears to be quite good and well done. We had a laundry sink installed and some faucets replaced. Our only point of recommendation would be that the plumber should offer a full service package, such as fixing up the drywall after work.

I got several estimate saying that I needed to replace my hot water heater which would cost a $1800. When Reuben came all he did was change the valve and it only cost me $280. Way to go Empire plumbing... We all like to save money.

Had empire come out to check a leak from our upstairs shower. Cut a small hole in the ceiling and checked everything out. No repairs needed since I had fixed the issue a day prior, but I wanted them to double check everything. They were on time, thorough and I will use again for any future plumbing issues.

I spoke with the owner set an appointment with Sam. He was ontime and courteous. We had them do the work on our kitchen pipes (santee). So happy with their work! We will use them again. I highly recommend this company!!

Reuben was incredibly quick to respond to a leaking water heater issue. He worked with us by phone during the initial call to review and assess the problem. Ultimately he provided two clear and distinct paths and provided estimates for each. Empire arrived in person less than 2 hours after the initial call. All materials required for the job where on board their vehicle when they arrived. About an hour after arrival the old leaking water heater had been replaced and the area was left clean. The new equipment is working well. Empire is a top-notch plumbing company. Highly recommend.

Ruben and Travis are the most professional Plumbers Iâ ve ever hired. Their advice not only saved me money, they also repairs our toilets so I could return the new one purchased.
