The plumber saw that it was a simple mistake my son made with the valve on the water softener being turned the wrong way. He corrected it and did not change us for the service call. He will be our go to plumber for any problems we have in the future.

Empire responded quickly and had someone out to fix the leak really quickly. They charged a fair amount for the work. Definitely would use them again.

Ruben was quick to respond to my request and then schedule a visit the following day. I was able to text photos of what we needed and he was able to give an estimate of costs over the phone. Very helpful and prompt to get our issues solved and had followed up with additional requests to provide an estimate for a water filtration system. All in all, he continues to be very helpful to us.

The work quality is hard to rate because it is not visible. I assume it was well done. They called the day I went on the website and gave me a quote and did the work the next day. I did not take the time to solicit multiple quotes - it was a pretty small job. I may have been able to get the job done cheaper, but I wanted it done right away. Overall I was pleased with Empire Plumbing.

Ruben and his team are very friendly. Their price are reasonable. They help replaced my cold water (slab leak) re-pipe & replaced the new ABS.

Ruben was on time and worked very efficiently. He explained what he was going to do to tackle the problem. He showed me the crack that was on the cast iron pipe and gave me two options. I elected to go with replacing it with ABS pipe and got the job done under two hours. On top of that, he covered the floor with a blanket and vacuumed the area afterward. He also had special shoe attachment to not get your floor dirty as well. I highly recommend Ruben and his services!

I called him late the day before the repair and he showed up early the next morning to fit my job into his already busy day. I appreciate his knowledge and efficiency in getting my job done.

Reuben was great

I was less than happy with Rubin. While he was personable and able to change out the workings of 2 toilets and opened the exhaust (?) for the dishwasher to sink, he balked at plunging the line from one toilet. I did it after he left. I asked him to change aerators on five faucets since i was unable to turn them. At no charge he successfully changed two, but left three in worse condition. Now I'm reminded of him every time I use those sinks. Two of the three worked just fine, but I had asked him to change them because the others were being replaced. My mistake. & If it ain't broke don't fix it;. I wish the experience had been better as I would have liked to count on him to be our plumber in the future.

Very helpful, tries to help me with the issue over the phone even before hiring for the job. Ultimately has them come out and they were quick, clean, and professional.

I worked as a construction attorney for a long time and know a good company when I see one! I enjoyed working with Samuel from Empire Plumbing. He was very professional, cleaned up after and it was just a great experience. I have nothing bad to say. He called prior to coming over, didnt rush through the project, took their time, and did the project right. Also, Ruben answered all my questions, was very helpful and I will use Empire again.

Highly recommend Ruben as a tech as he was very knowledgeable and able to handle some unique circumstances with our custom sink that made the fix difficult for other plumbers who came in to give us a quote.

Ruben is a great guy. We had issues with the first water heater (brand new). The manufacturer and distributor are not helpful in pinning down the problem â it took three weeks to finally fix the â brand newâ Bradford White water heater (I canâ t believe this). However, Ruben closely worked with me and spent lots of effort to get this done. I really appreciated his patience and effort. I will hire him again in the future.
