Water heater went south Saturday night. Went on Advisor the next morning and Ruben was the first to respond. Ruben came over Sunday afternoon and suggested I replace the 10 year old heater. We did without hot water until Monday but Ruben showed up when he said and did a great job. I will recommend Ruben to my friends. Thanks Ruben....

Ruben was very knowledgeable of my plumbing problem and knew just how to fix it. He was very careful not to strip the pipes so was able to reuse. He arrived at the appointed time. The cost was more than the phone quote because I did not have the correct fittings.

Promptly contacted me, provided an accurate estimate over the phone, showed up promptly and performed the repairs. My father was a lifelong contractor and I can tell if someone's trying to take me. None of that with Empire, it was a pleasant experience and they were straight forward and honest. I'd use them again and would readily refer them to anyone.
