Sergio was on time did a nice clean job. He replaced the valve with a new one. Checked the pressure and was done in about an hour. Totally recommend Pipes Plumbing !!

I called Pipes plumbing and they scheduled Jason to come out and use a camera to see what was going on. Jason did his assessment after looking at the job and rather did not charge the full amount as he could not use the camera where exactly the issue was. He suggested that we look at getting a quote for the work involved and go from there.  Robert, came in and looked at what was needed and a quote was put together.
We agreed on the price and scheduled the date for the work to be completed. Robert spent the time to correct the issue and we have been happy since. Very Professional, courteous, knowledgeable.  The team was great to work with.

We were happy to get Robert again! Third time that we have worked with Robert and he the best. You know that you can count on Robert to give his honest assessment of what  needs to be done and he will see the job all the way through until done right.  Their prices are always fair, arrive on time and you've gotta love a great local company that you can always count on. We had three estimates with all of them being in the same neighborhood, Pipes plumbing was the middle one. Robert came out to give me his estimate and recommended replacing the obviously corroded lines to and from the water heater and replacing the old gas shut-off valve.  I didn?t feel like he was trying to add extra work that wasn?t necessary and it only added twenty or thirty more dollars to the job.  The work was done professionally and in a reasonable time frame.  I will use Pipes Plumbing for my next job.

Robert did a great job, fixed the immediate problem with the broken pipe and also found the cause and repaired that.  He was on time, gave us a good price.  We will definitely call again when needed.

 The work was done promptly and neatly.  I am very happy with Robert the plumber  who took the time to explain the possible causes and what repairs would work. The price seemed right and overall I am happy with the results

It was great. They came out the same day that I called, and they were very economical.

We had grand ideas of a cool outdoor shower in our yard. After several quotes that ranged from $1,800 to $4,500, we called Pipes. Robert came out and looked at the proposed site for the shower. He was very attentive, asked questions and after walking around the whole area he came up with a new suggestion - relocating the site to the opposite side of the house. We had not thought of this because we had become stuck on this one location. Robert explained why the other spot would work better and cost less. He gave us a quote of $750 to run hot and cold lines to a post which he'd cement into the ground. He ran the lines up the post and positioned the fixtures so we could have both a lower spigot to rinse feet and boards, along with a shower head. Robert arrived at 9am and worked tirelessly until almost 6pm. He came out the next day to test the lines and everything looked fine. We were very happy with the new location. The following week when my husband took a shower he realized water came out of the shower head when the lower spigot was turned on. I called Robert and explained what was going on. He said the lower spigot may not be allowing enough water out so it's coming out of the shower head. He said her would stop by and try to different faucet. When he arrived, he said he thought about it some more and decided to make his own shut off valve. He installed it and it worked perfectly. We are more than satisfied with the service we received from Robert and Pipes Plumbing. We'd definitely use Pipes Plumbing again!

Our washing machine drain pipe was clogged and dirty laundry water was backing up into our kitchen sink. This has happened in the past and this is actually the third plumber to work on the problem. Our only unsatisfactory experience was with the person who took the initial phone call. This was not an emergency plumbing situation. When asked to schedule an appointment (at a future date!), the response was some irritating and irrelevant chatter about how it would cost extra if the plumber was sent out the same day and how they wouldn't be coming out the following day due to the New Years Eve holiday. The plumber came out at the appointed time and tried to snake the line. The plumber explained that this was usually a 20 minute job costing $60. After an hour and several attempts, it was clear that our pipes needed something more robust. We were not charged for the initial visit. They rescheduled about 1 week later (to fit our schedule) and came back with some heavy duty hydro-jetter machine. The plumber did his thing and this appears to have fixed the problem. The cost was $300. Plumber arrived punctually both times and was professional. My two previous experiences with (other DIFFERENT) plumbers for this same problem resulted in 1) a $1600 bill to have 3 ft of pipe replaced, requiring a hole to be cut in the wall and the floor to be jackhammered up (and of course the $1600 did not cover the hole in wall/floor) and 2) a lot of attempts to upsell different services, like replacing the washing machine water lines with a more robust kind for $75 (the anti-burst hoses cost about $16 at Home Depot, so I suppose the difference was to screw them on?). So this experience was by and large very positive. I feel that I received good value for the money considering the hydro jetter machine that had to hauled behind the plumber's truck on it's onw trailer. Would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job overall. We did have a problem with a pipe leaking, but they paid for any repairs and fixed the problem with no questions. We have used them since then.

It went fine. They were originally supposed to come out on a Monday but had to reschedule for Tuesday. No big deal. The technician performed the drain cleaning and informed me that I had very little slope on my flat roof (something the roofer had noticed as well) and he suggested that I have it professionally waterproofed and sloped. I intend to take his advice.

I have used Pipes Plumbing about 5 times over the last five years. They have always been amazing, usually I call first thing in the morning and they are their that day. Every aspect of this company is impressive as they are always courteous on the phone, they show up on time, the prices are reasonable and they do great work. They have put in a water heater, fixed a shower leak, fixed an outside faucet, reinstalled an improperly installed toilet (different plumber) and today snaked a drain. I have had Sergio and Jason the last two times and both are smart and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anybody and I have as my boss uses Pipes now too.

I don't remember the date but not only did they not show up on timje, they messed up the job (fixing my shower head) and then over-charged me. I had to call them back to adjust their estimate.and reduce the cost to get them to reduce the cost back to the estimate. Hall of shame.

They were prompt...very prompt...I called late on a Friday afternoon and they set up the inspection on a Monday...they arrived right on time and did more than I expected. Just this week I had a call from my mom about a leaking toilet...they went over, were there right on time, and got it fixed right away. She told me they were very nice and she appreciated the level of service.

Not much to say other than that if all tradesman worked this way I would have a much easier time as a general contractor. Thank you pipes plumbing and Robert!

I called on a weekend and left a message with the answering service. Pipe's Plumbing called me back first thing on Monday. We scheduled an appointment. The serviceman came right on time. I described to the problem to the serviceman and he took care of it in literally 5 minutes. He was punctual, professional, and worked clean. It was a good experience. I used this company based on the reviews on Angie's List.

Our phone call was promptly returned and we had someone out the same day to give us an estimate. After we decided to go ahead with the replumbing they were able to start the job almost immediately. Conrad was very personable, interesting and professional. The crew that worked on our house was very polite, focused and professional. All of the work was done quickly and expertly. All the pipes are insulated and they used dampers whenever a pipe had to pass through a beam. We were never without water at all the whole time they constructed the new system and each night before they left they returned my house to as normal a state as possible (even vacuumed up etc). After all the plumbing was finished they had an amazingly talented wall board professional fix all the holes in the walls. We have popcorn ceilings (kinda gross actually) and you literally cannot tell where they cut into the ceiling and had to make the patch. I was very skeptical that they were going to be able to make my ceiling look good and was really pleasantly surprised to see the end product. This company really and truly was great.

Pipe's was able to fix a leaky shower valve after another plumber left it leaking badly. They took the time to diagnose under performing low-flow toilets and give me the cheaper option, i.e. cleaning out the water jets, as opposed to selling me a new toilets. Inspected the house's plumbing and told me where the issues were and that they didn't need fixing now. I trust them. Charged fair prices for the time they took.

I had a leak in my garage near the hot water heater. Call Pipes plumbing and they said they could someone out by 12 PM that day. Segerio took a look and say the flexible copper pipe to the hot water heater had a leak and he also suggested a change the in pipe as well. He got the work done promptly in about 1.5 hours. After he was done he turned the water back on and checked the pressure of the system. He was relaxed, worked hard, and answered all my questions. I will call them next time I have a pumbling problem.

After calling my regular plumber and being told they could come out on Monday, I looked up Pipes Plumbing on Angie's List. Jason came out Friday around Noon, arriving on time, efficiently ran an auger through the sink and charged less than quoted over the phone. Jason was professional, courteous and efficient and he will be my first choice next time I need some plumbing done.

They had to jackhammer the concrete floor and into the footing in order to fix the leak. They repaired the leak and then had to fill in the concrete that they drilled out. The work went very well.

He had to cut the pipe to remove the build up from oil and food waste. It was a very dirty job. He did it well and cleaned up too!

I called Pipes Plumbing at 12:30 pm today, the ladies answering the phone were very pleasant and responsive. They sent Jason P. out to our house, and he arrived less than an hour after I had called! He was quick to diagnose the problem, and used a cable to clean out the kitchen sink drainage. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and accepted my check, and was on his way. From start to finish was about 1 hour 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again, especially for small jobs like this.

He was friendly, arrived on time, and was very thorough. He researched the problem for some time before determining what needed to be done. He did a good clean-up job at the end.
