PIPES PLUMBING

Friday night one of the lines to the water heater burst. Saturday morning we called P&P and the message service put us in contact with Robert. he showed up on time and had the problem fixed within minutes. After that he gave us a lot of tips on a number of other issues that we have in the house. It is good to work with people that are friendly, professional and have a pride in what they are doing. P&P will be our plumber from now on.

Came on time, completed the work in a short time. The price was very reasonable.

I was in a bind because my plumber had taken a larger job-putting me off. Since it was my main line, I was without services in the house. The dispatcher was so kind about getting someone out right away for a quote. Even though they knew I really needed them right that moment, they gave a reasonable quote. Some people might have taken advantage of my need. They did the work the following day. Their pipe layer was good, fast, efficient. The project started out as hassle but suddenly, it was all over. I'd definitely call them again---but I hope I won't have to!

I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon and were able to detect the leak and reinstall my toilet all in the same day. I'm located in Texas and my rental home is in California and they were able to take care of everything over the phone/email. They have a loyal customer from here on out. Perfect customer service. Excellent technician. Over all a great company to work with. Thank you!

The man who showed up to do the work was very nice and efficient...so much so that it took him less than 10 minutes. However, he showed up, per instructions from his office, almost an hour and a half late. I called the office the next day to talk about the steep fee for such a quick and easy job, as well as the late arrival time. I spoke to the owner and was just given a lot of excuses and told how I was essentially responsible for the plumber being late. She was friendly the entire conversation, but kept putting everything back on me. I wouldn't recommend this company... their customer service skills are poor, and they charged more for this job than any other plumber I've used.

Both jobs, plumbers showed up right on time, completed jobs, cleaned up properly, were courteous and did the job well. I would not use anyone else for any plumbing needs.

Robert was professional, honest and a good value. Would highly recommend!

I called over 5 different water heater companies and pipe's was the only one who could come out the next morning. For us waiting wasn't an option, going without hot water. They were about $50 cheaper than the other quotes. They were on time, did a good job and cleaned up before they left. The guy who took my call, can't remember his name, was so professional and helpful with all of our questions. He helped us diagnose whether we needed a new water heater or could wait. We are very happy with the service they provided.

The Technician showed up on time and spent the time necessary to do a quality job. He even had to go to the store to get a special part that I didn't have. We were very happy with his professionalism and quality of service including the price. We have used Pipes Plumbing in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with them. Frankly, they always do such a good job at a very reasonable price so why would we use someone else.

They don't do the snaking they just use the jets to clean them out so they couldn't help me.

They were excellent! If I ever have another problem, I'm using them. The guy was so reassuring and he was so professional. I didn't have to wait for another person to come out to help him fix it. I think he was so good. It was only $200. I was shocked! If I ever want a new bathroom sink installed, I will call him to do it.

The technician was efficient. He found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. He cleaned the area nicely. Negatives were that he tried to upsell things that I didn't ask for. He also didn't show up for the first appointment time, because other work delayed him. We had to reschedule for another day. (another day of missed work for me!) The problem is that when I called the office and scheduled more maintenance work to be done, the technician never showed up. Excuses were made. Again they wanted to reschedule. I won't use them again. Follow up to owner's response: Thank you to the owner for the phone call and message trying to explain and rectify. I think the scheduler genuinely felt bad. By habit, I did confirm the day of the week, the date and the window of time as I made the appointment. It was the only opportunity I had for weeks.

We heard a constant whooshing sound and suspected a leak in our master bedroom bath. Called Pipes Plumbing and spoke first with Naomi and then with Ruth. Both were helpful and friendly. Ruth referred me to a great leak detection guy to confirm the existence of a leak before breaking into drywall randomly. After the leak was confirmed, Naomi immediately scheduled one of their plumbers, Robert, to replace a pipe and a couple of joints. Even though it was after normal hours, and Robert had already put in a full day at work, he handled our job expertly and quickly. SInce the leak was in the wall behind the vanity, it wasn't easy to access. Still, Robert was patient and did everything very well. It has been a pleasure to work with everyone at Pipes Plumbing and, yes, we would use them again!

Our technician was on time couteous and explained to me how he would be going about tryint to locate a leak. He was very efficient, using sophisticated equipment to search the interior and exterior of our home. He found the leak in a timely matter allowing us to move onto the needed course of action. I was satisfied with the whole experience.

/This was a very quick and professional visit. Jason immediately started working and wasted no time with small talk. He tolerated the presence of my five little dogs and did not complain when he had to walk through wet shrubs and mud to reach the cleanout. He completed the task in about 30 minutes and prepared a detailed bill( with the $10 discount) He also explained the company policy of one price per pipe and I realized that my problem could have been much more complex and yet cost the same fee. Very impressive to me was the fact that I had same day service, was provided a two hour window, which was met, and that he called 30 minutes before arriving. I also felt that the woman who took my initial call was warm, reassuring and knew the plumber by name. That is important to a solo woman living in an ancient house that has ongoing problems (Both the woman and the house) I am so pleased that I joined for three years. Now I wish I knew about ALL of the services you offer. Can you send me a list? Thank you.
