They were pretty good with helping on the selection of the carpet. The installation was done very well.

Abbey Carpets rock! We are refurbishing our house to sell and have had excellent service from Abbey Carpets! They are punctual with their appointments, warranty their work and they always go above and beyond! I"ve used this company before to replace our carpets and they have just finished refinished our wood floors with excellent results! I definitely give them an A+++!

After have many problems with a different flooring company, I called Chuck at Abbey Carpet. He was so nice on the phone and invited me to their showroom to see their products. I went over and Ken showed me many different carpets and suggested that I go with a remnant carpet. I found one that would be perfect for the bedroom and was able to get it at a fraction of the cost. He scheduled installation for me the next afternoon! The next morning the installer called me. I was ready for him to cancel or push my appointment (like had happened to me with the other company) but instead, he asked if he could come EARLIER than he had been scheduled for!! He was very professional and did a great job with the installation. Less than 24 hours after walking into the showroom floor I was standing on super plush carpet in my house. I would absolutely recommend Abbey Carpet to anybody needing carpet. They were wonderful.

Ken with the company came out and he measured the entire upstairs as well as the staircase. 4 of the 5 bedrooms in the house are upstairs. Fortunately the previous owner had a sample from the downstairs but Ken discovered that the manufacturer no longer made that exact wood flooring any more but he ordered in several samples and I chose the one that was the closest match.

He originally told me that it would take about 2 weeks to finish the job. It was about 2,200 sq. feet upstairs plus the staircase. I also hired him to change out some carpet inlay in some of the rooms and it also turned out beautifully.

His team showed up on time and these guys were VERY hard workers. He sent in a larger team of guys to work and believe it or not they finished the entire job within 1 week! The guys had a strong work ethic and mostly worked around the clock from 7:30 AM until late afternoon.

The workers had done several houses in the area, including San Diego's Chargers QB, Philip Rivers so I knew I was in good hands. We love the new flooring! Definitely I'd high recommend this company and if you can, request Carlos and his team. They were fantastic.

Based on my experience I'd recommend this company for any flooring needs including hardwood flooring, bathroom flooring or carpeting.

I ended up ordering several thousands of dollars in rugs for the house and a slight disappointment was that it took longer than expected to get them. But to show you the level of quality and commitment and quality control, when the rugs were getting the edges on them, they noticed some quality control issues so they have to redo them. So they say it will take a few weeks more. But I'm glad they caught it before delivering them.

These guys were fantastic to deal with. Ken was always very responsive to my calls and emails which is important to me.
