Kyle's pricing was by far the best out of 5 companies I spoke to. And this comparison is with the same brand and model of windows and door. Kyle is very knowledgeable in his field and strives to please his customer. I asked for a last minute change in window frame color and he immediately notified Milguard before they started production of the window. The guys that did the install were very quick and good, the new windows look good and work great. I will definitely contact this company again for my next window replacements.

The installation was not easy as the particular window had a component that had to be broken in order to do the job. Kyle tracked down a replacement for us and did a great job. I just contacted Kyle for repeat business. No worries here. Kyle is professional, he returns calls, follows up and knows his craft.

Kyle came out to measure and it was ready to be installed within the week. There were some problems at installation with uneven ceiling surfaces, but the installers managed to overcome this and get the job done. The only negative is that the glue that was used to hold the mirror up has a strong odor and still lingers after several weeks.

Kyle's glass responded very quickly to my initial call after our shower door shattered. He and his technician were on time to take a look at the damage. We decided to replace the door with a slightly better model with a better sliding mechanism. The door took a while to get here, but they got on the company's case when I told him that guests would be staying with us soon. They came out first thing in the morning after the door arrived and had it installed in about an hour and a half. I forgot to use the Angie's List coupon, but I was happy with the service so no big deal.

The shower door we wanted was a 3/8 clear glass, frameless with brushed nickel hardware. Nothing complicated. 48? wide shower (no corners or half walls) with a 28? door. Got three quotes and Kyle?s quote came in substantially lower than the other 2 (Century door was 1395, and Sea Breeze was 1262). Though typically I have reservations when a quote comes in so much lower, I felt the 2 other quotes seemed high for a basic 48? frameless door so I went with Kyle. He and his team had to come out three times before the install was completed as it seems the company they ordered the glass from messed up on two separate occasions. The first time they drilled for a 6? handle and not an 8?. The second time the door panel was cut incorrectly. Kyle was very apologetic with each instance and he would schedule the install as soon as the glass came in. I had a wood framed mirror that I was also installing and I asked for a price for a 20? by 28? mirror. He said he had some extra mirror in his shop and he gave me the mirror (and installed it in the frame) for free. Except for the delays (which did not seem to be his fault) I enjoyed working with him and his team and the shower door looks great.

Kyle cut new pieces of glass from some small decorator tables. The initial contact was he and I talking over the phone, I was measuring the glass, but when I picked them up, they were not polished. He than came to my home and measured himself and deducted the money I had already paid him towards new glass. There was some problem with the communication during the telephone call but he made it right.

This is the second time I have used Kyle's glass and I am still pleased. Kyle came out and measured for our new shower door and provided information and a quote on what was available. We ordered our doors and they came in a few days later and then they were installed. No fussing, no problems, just quality work. He offered some suggestions and I went with the thicker glass. I love the doors and they are beautiful and work great. Thanks Kyle for another job well done.

We couldn't be happier. Our landscaper had broken a kitchen window. Kyle came out within a couple hours of me leaving a message to give us a quote. He said he would have the replacement in 1 week, he had it in 5 days and installed it on Labor Day Weekend. He and his staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Appointment was made on Sat. for Monday and the installer had a little hard time finding our location, but once he arrived he completed the job in approximately one half hour. The installer was very pleasant and did not leave a mess.

This was a great experience from the moment that I received an immediate return call, I knew that this glass company would do what they say. I have a pine dining room table that is prone to deep scratches due to the softness of the wood and wanted a glass piece made to fit on top. Kyle came over, took precise measurements, gave me several options, and told me what to expect. I never felt rushed and the glass came when he said it would approximately one week later. Two individuals delivered the glass, brought it into my home, polished the top and bottom, and put it in it respectful place. Everyone was courteous and kind. I will definitely call Kyles glass again for any further glass needs.

I taped the broken glass together and removed the window pane. Took it to Kyles Glass near my home. I was told it would only take a few minutes if I wanted to wait. It was done very professionally in about 15 minutes. He helped me load the window back into my car. It was fast, inexpensive, and professional! I highly recommend Kyles Glass.

I rate them A+++. Besides knowing what they were doing and doing it very well, they were extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.

I initially thought that they had done a good job. I was supposed to wait for a week before I got them painted. I went out after a week to check and found that the putty had cracked like mud in a dry area. I called Kyles and he said that he would call me the following day to set up a time to come back. He called me the day after and came back to redo the cracked part. However, I opened my shade in the morning two days ago and found a six-inch piece of putty that had just dropped off the top of the window. The quality is not good and I am very unhappy with that. I still have the glass that he replaced and there is nothing wrong with that. I thought that the price was fair enough and would have been if I didn't have to do the putty all over again. They were responsive and punctual. He talked a good story but I am afraid some of that was hokum. He has been back twice and his second attempt was not any better than the first.

Kyle responded in one day, performed the work quickly, provided some extra sealing around the window and did a great job.
