excellent results, surpassed our expectations. Very noisy operation was quieted a lot. Also repaired a fractured section and reinforced it.

Your original purchase stated that you would be home all day Wednesday and Thursday. We attempted to call you on the way to your house and received no answer both days. We left a sticker on your front door to let you know that we missed you. You had called us back a week later and apologized stating that you were "so busy, sorry." We made an appointment for yesterday again, and due to our history, we called ahead to make sure you would be home. There was no answer so we decided to not go. We would be more than happy to reschedule the appointment. Again, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with scheduling thus far. I hope we can make it right! Sincerely, Michael Potter"

Service tech was extremely punctual. I appreciate that!
Unfortunately there were difficulties with the tech's level of expertise. He tried several times to get the keyless entry to work without success. Finally I offered to help go through the instructions and together we got it working. A few days after he left I tried the batter backup function and it didn't work. It took a while to schedule a tech to come out to diagnose it. It was a different tech and he found the trouble pretty quickly: the first tech neglected to install the battery. So there seems to be a wide variation in the skill levels of the techs.
