Description of Work: Took several weeks to get confirmation for them to come out. Once the person got here he didn't know that we had already paid and was trying to collect $. We should him certificate and then he said "oh okay". Immediately tried to sell us upgrades rather than just providing service we requested. I don't mind for someone to give us recommendations, but not right off the bat. He performed service, which amounted to him spraying some lubricant which we could have done as well. Somewhat disappointed.

Description of Work: The technician showed up at the appointed time. He was friendly and courteous. he went right to work, replacing my old chain-driven garage door opener with an improved belt-driven model. He also changed the rollers in the door tracks. As a result of his work, the door now opens and closes so quietly and smoothly that you almost can't hear it. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend GDI to anyone, including friends & family.
